Namibia got her independence 24 years ago from South Africa. Since the Government of the day struggled with a variety social issues like health, crime, education. Taking into account the population is barely 2.2 million, yet the countries riches is destined for a few. Late last year the Namibian Head of state introduced a project to alleviate the problem so that every Namibian will have a proper house by 2013. This comes at a price tag of N. Dollar 24 Billion.
