Road safety is normally considered as an issue on national roads, but seems that drivers on municipal roads forget that they are just if not more dangerous due to the high volume of cars.

Daily sights on our roads, two youngsters 

sitting on the back of the vehicle. No protection. 

As I passed two adults in front with no 

interest about the safety of the children. 

My question? whose to blame 

when any of those kids fall, and who will 

pay the medical costs if any injuries or even death.
