random pics of our Namibia, we are represented by the RIO+ 20 summit, and our heritage and environment is world renowned among tourist.

It is now 20 years ago that Namibia took part in the first World Summit in Brazil, and now twenty years later,  Namibia has a delegation at the Rio + 20. Our role in the global preservation for the future cannot be underestimated, as our Government  -  most likely the only in the world - embedded conservation in our constitution. This is evident in the amount of national parks and conservancies in Namibia. You can look forward to an exclusive with our Commissioner of Environment direct from Rio de Janeiro on my blog.

Sunrise over the red dunes of
the Kalahari

the Bio diverse rich Atlantic Ocean
flanked by the Namib Desert

The Poppa falls in the Kavango

an young elephant bull
in the Bwabwata national park.
The park according to me is one of the
most rewarding in Namibia as you will
be guaranteed seeing at least two of the
big five

rain over the north eastern parts
of Namibia

Rock paintings in the Brandberg
these drawings are estimated between
4 and five thousand
years old

and at the end it is all about people,,,
people like this child who only want to enjoy
what mother nature gave us...a clean
well looked after globe.
