Former battle zone in Northern Namibia now a hub for informal farmers.

Development remains one of the core values of the government and when people are empowered to be self sustainable it is only to the mutual benefit for both government and her people. But this development cannot be done by government alone, specially when it comes to those in rural areas whom for many years were left out from the main stream economy.
