Unroadworthy vehicles on our roads remain an issue law enforcement agencies had to deal with on a daily base. This vehicle broke all the rules. Last night during COPPS 94.1 City Police couldn't believe their eyes when a man stopped at a petrol station with his "modified" car. The rear window was made from masking tape, a plastic bag substituted the petrol cap, the vehicle's license expired shortly after " WW 2 " the bonnet's catch was out of order, and a makeshift bracket had to do the thing. Half of the car consists of rust patched with body putty. The car was scrapped, and the owner walked off with a hefty fine.
