It is now 20 years ago that Namibia took part in the first World Summit in Brazil, and now twenty years later, Namibia has a delegation at the Rio + 20. Our role in the global preservation for the future cannot be underestimated, as our Government - most likely the only in the world - embedded conservation in our constitution.
