An issue not unique to Namibia, but all over Africa "election promises" made to the masses, and when the services most politicians promised must be delivered? Nothing! Again the masses are right where they were before all the empty promises. This morning Goreangab residents was again at the receiving end at the costs of those who are suppose to bring development to them.
