Barely four months ago Namibia was in the news
after a suspected dog smuggling syndicate made use
of our country to transport dogs stolen in SA to Angola.
This photos was sent to me this afternoon after
a group of young men act suspicious in town by the way they
look and collect the dogs. Should you recognize your dog call the
SPCA asap, or the Namibian Police.
