Two people died on the spot and one slightly injured after after the vehicle they travelled in left the road and overturned. The accident took place during the night of 31 August on the C34 route. The road surface between the towns of Swakopmund and Hentiesbay is known for it's difficult driving conditions specially during the night when the road is wet and slippery.
Police investigations into the accident is underway and the names of the deceased will be made known once their relatives are informed.
