Taxi operators are often at the receiving end when it comes to bad publicity, be it from passengers or fellow road users. Their working hours are not controlled and the game is all about money. That money often leads to conflict between owners and operators as taxi owners are often forced to bring in a certain amount of cash. This is only a few of the labor related issues taxi operators face.
