UN Secretary General's message to the world for the upcoming World Humanitarian Day this coming Sunday.

19 August 2003 was a blow for the world when 22 people died in Baghdad during a bomb blast killing United Nations peacekeepers who tried to better the lives of millions of people in war torn Iraq. This dark chapter did not deter the UN in their mission but declared this day as World Humanitarian Day to make people across the globe more aware that we can help each other making the world a better place for all.
