Crime dominate some communities and by the looks of it many people accept living in such conditions where people are stabbed, killed and raped as normal.

COPPS 94.1 was one of the busiest since it started a little more than 4 months ago. For the past few weeks we mostly attended to "normal" crimes, but tonight we really experienced the real Windhoek ranging from a kambashu that was destroyed by a fire, assault and stabbing with a sharp object to youngsters that consider it cool to hang around in public places while alcohol was abundant.

community, he opted to be drunk and
