Namibia last year sent a delegation to Mexico to present Namibia to the rest of the world in a bid to host the 2013 Adventure Tourism Summit. Recently Namibia was informed that we together with two other countries are in the run for hosting this prestige event. The president of the Adventure Travel Trade Association Shannon Stowell is currently in Namibia as a guest of the Tourism Ministry.
