Namibia is host to the first ever Preparatory Meeting for the Africa Group Negotiators on Climate Change. The Namibian Deputy Minister of Environment once again called to act now. This meeting takes place at a time when Germany Donated 500 Million N$ for the construction of a regional CC science center.
