manufacturing school uniforms on local soil could mean more employment, affordable school uniforms, and ensure money stays in the country...Do you think it can work if schools start to place their orders locally instead of ordering it from South Africa,,,,what is your take? can it work, if so suggestions,,if not,,,why do you think so?
